以解放汽车后桥从动螺旋伞齿轮的精锻工艺为例,介绍了精锻生产的主要工艺流程,并对精锻模的电极齿轮设计、预制坯设计、分模位置设计及精锻件的后续机加工、热处理等环节进行了分析.实践表明,精锻螺旋伞齿轮的精度与原切齿工艺加工的相当,而材料消耗和生产成本则明显降低.
