本文通过实施教养工程,提出“给我三年,还你一个有教养、有本领的孩子”的育人目标,注重构建特色突出的石油化工专业群和工学结合的办学模式,使学生通过实践,实现从“校园人”向“准职业人”的角色转变,不断改善就业状态,提升就业质量,石化系2009届毕业生就业率达99.34%。至今年4月27日止,2010届石化专业群的毕业生就业率已达96.18%。本文对搞好大学生教育与改善就业状态具有参考价值。
This article through the implementation of recuperation project, put forward “give me three years, you also have a educated, capable children” education goal, focusing on the construction of outstanding characteristics of the petrochemical industry group and work-study combination mode, so that students through Practice, realize from the “campus people ” to “prospective professional ” role change, continuous improvement of employment status, improve the quality of employment, Department of Petrochemical 2009 graduates employment rate of 99.34%. By April 27 this year, the employment rate of graduates of the 2010 petrochemical professional group has reached 96.18%. This article has the reference value to do the university student education and the improvement employment status.
