在现代图书馆发展进程中,标准化工作对于全球图书馆事业的快速发展和图书馆行业专业技术水平的稳步提高发挥着独特的积极作用。特别是在图书馆设置与建设方面,通过制订标准来确立公共图书馆的职能及其基本服务,促进图书馆服务体系的形成,已成为世界各发达国家图书馆事业发展的重要经验。近年来,为适应图书馆事业发展的现实需求,我国也陆续颁布了《公共图书馆建设标准》、《图书馆建筑用地指标》以及《公共图书馆服务规范》等国家标准或行业标准,新疆、江西、安徽等地也相继制定了地区性图书馆服务标准。这些标准规范的制订实施,对促进我国图书馆事业发展起到了积极作用。
In the process of the development of modern libraries, standardization has played a unique and positive role in the rapid development of the global library industry and the steady improvement of the professional and technical level of the library industry. Especially in the aspect of setting up and building the library, establishing the function of the public library and its basic services by standard setting and promoting the formation of the library service system have become important experiences in the development of the library in all the developed countries in the world. In recent years, in order to meet the practical needs of the development of the library, our country has successively promulgated some national or industrial standards such as “Public Library Construction Standards”, “Library Building Land Indexes” and “Public Library Service Standards” Jiangxi, Anhui and other places have also formulated regional library service standards. The formulation and implementation of these standards have played an active role in promoting the development of our country’s libraries.
