目的 :优化烧伤科换药室的护理管理措施,提高护理质量。方法:选取杭州市江干区人民医院烧伤科2015年2月~2016年1月收治的烧伤患者786例随机均分为对照组和观察组两组,每组393例患者。对照组给予常规的烧伤科换药室护理管理,观察组给予改善优化后的烧伤科换药室护理管理。对两组患者进行换药治疗的等待时间和护理满意度进行统计和比较。结果:观察组患者进行换药治疗的等待时间多集中在20min以下,而对照组多集中在20min以上,观察组患者进行治疗的整体等待时间明显少于对照组;观察者患者护理满意度明显高于对照组患者护理满意度(P<0.05)。结论:对烧伤科换药室的护理管理进行改善之后,患者等待治疗时间大幅缩短,对患者进行了科学分流,为患者节约了时间,减轻了医护人员的工作强度,而且显著提高了患者护理满意度,更从各个方面提高了护理质量。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the nursing management measures for the burn department dressing room and improve the nursing quality. Methods: A total of 786 burn patients admitted to Department of Burn, People’s Hospital of Jianggan District, Hangzhou from February 2015 to January 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 393 patients in each group. The control group was given conventional burn department dressing room nursing management, the observation group was given to improve and optimize the burn department dressing room nursing management. The waiting time and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were statistically compared and compared. Results: The waiting time for dressing change in the observation group was mostly below 20 minutes, while the control group mostly concentrated in more than 20 minutes. The overall waiting time for treatment in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group. The nursing satisfaction of observers was significantly higher Patients in the control group nursing satisfaction (P <0.05). Conclusion: After improving the nursing management of the burn-in department, the waiting time for treatment is shortened, the patients are scientifically shunted, which saves time for the patients, reduces the work intensity of the medical staff and significantly improves the patient’s nursing satisfaction Degree, but also improve the quality of care in all aspects.
