随着生活节奏的加快和工作压力的增大,档案管理人员的职业倦怠已经成为不可忽视的职业病。其主要表现为档案管理人员不能顺利应对工作压力的一种极端反应,个人的态度和行为处于一种衰竭状态。文章分析了档案管理人员职业倦怠的部分主要原因,并从绩效考评的角度来探讨解决职业倦怠的方法,从而提高档案管理人员的整体素质,促进档案管理事业的发展。
With the accelerating pace of life and increasing work pressure, the burnout of archivists has become an indispensable occupational disease. Its main manifestation is an extreme reaction that archivists can not cope with the pressure of work smoothly, and personal attitudes and behaviors are in a state of exhaustion. This article analyzes some of the main reasons for the burnout of file managers and discusses ways to solve the burnout from the perspective of performance evaluation so as to improve the overall quality of file managers and promote the development of file management.
