一、青岛市高技能人才培养现状近年来,青岛市先后组织实施了系列技能人才培养计划,建设了高技能人才培训基地,引导企业大力开展岗位练兵,培育了一批市场竞争力强的名牌技校,高技能人才培养工作取得了可喜的成绩。但是,据统计,“十一五”末,青岛市高级技师需求量1.7万,缺1.2万,高级工8.7万,缺口5.7万。
I. However, according to statistics, at the end of the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” period, the demand of senior technicians in Qingdao is 17,000, with a shortage of 12,000, a senior worker of 87,000 and a gap of 57,000.
