以优化合成2-巯基苯并噻唑工艺条件为例,详细介绍使用SPSS16.0软件设计有机合成试验和试验数据统计分析法。根据试验因素水平,SPSS16.0可生成试验安排表,通过调整可以得到标准的正交试验安排表;将正交试验的结果输入调整后的正交试验中,分析并可得到正交试验方差表和单因素统计表,从而得到试验的优化条件。通过比较发现,SPSS16.0软件使用方便快捷,计算精确,结论可靠,并能避免大量人工计算。因此,SPSS16.0软件值得在有机合成工艺优化中推广。
Taking optimizing the process conditions for the synthesis of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole as an example, the method of SPSS16.0 was used to design the method of statistical analysis of organic synthesis and experimental data. According to the level of experimental factors, SPSS16.0 can generate a test schedule, which can be obtained by adjusting the standard orthogonal test schedule; the orthogonal test results into the adjusted orthogonal test, analysis and can be orthogonal test variance table And single factor statistical table, so as to get the optimal conditions of the experiment. By comparison, SPSS16.0 software is easy to use, accurate, reliable, and can avoid a lot of manual calculations. Therefore, SPSS16.0 software deserves promotion in organic synthesis process optimization.
