本文对生精补血汤的补血及抗应激作用进行了观察,结果生精补血汤(10g/kg 和20g/kg)能增加正常小鼠白细胞和显著减轻~(60)Co 照射(350Rad)及腹腔注射环磷酰胺(100mg/kg)所致的外周白细胞或血红蛋白的降低;能显著降低~(60)Co(750Rad)照射小鼠的死亡率和延长小鼠常压下缺氧的存活时间及游泳持续时间。提示中医生精补血方药不仅能对抗放射、药物引起的骨髓造血损伤,且能提高应激状态下机体生存能力。
In this article, the blood and anti-stress effects of Shengjing Buxue Decoction were observed. The results showed that Shengjing Buxue Decoction (10g/kg and 20g/kg) could increase white blood cells in normal mice and significantly reduce ~(60)Co irradiation (350Rad) and Intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide (100mg/kg) caused a decrease in peripheral white blood cells or hemoglobin; it significantly reduced the mortality of mice irradiated by 60Co (750Rad) and prolonged the survival time of hypoxia under normal pressure in mice.
