目的对中西医结合清肾解毒法治疗糖尿病肾病进行临床分析。方法 126例糖尿病肾病患者,随机分成观察组与对照组,各63例。对照组给予常规的西医治疗,观察组给予常规西医治疗加中医清肾解毒法治疗。观察比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果对照组的总有效率为77.78%,观察组总有效率为90.48%,对照组明显低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Scr)、24 h尿蛋白定量指标比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均未发生明显不良反应。结论采用中西医结合清肾解毒法治疗糖尿病肾病,既安全又有效,值得临床推广。
Objective To treat the diabetic nephropathy by combining traditional Chinese and western medicine with Qingrejiedu detoxification method. Methods 126 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 63 cases each. The control group was given routine western medicine treatment, and the observation group was given conventional western medicine plus traditional Chinese medicine Qingrejiedu treatment. Observed and compared the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 77.78%, the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.48%, while the control group was significantly lower than the observation group (P <0.05). The levels of BUN and creatinine Scr), 24 h urinary protein quantitative indicators, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); no significant adverse reactions in both groups of patients. Conclusion The treatment of diabetic nephropathy by combining traditional Chinese and western medicine with Qingrejiedu is safe and effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
