切实加强新时期党的建设,特别是干部队伍建设,是一项十分紧迫的任务,中央和省委对此十分重视。省委六届十次全会部署了加强党的建设工作。在全省党校工作会议上,令狐安同志作了重要讲话,要求各级党委加大对中青年领导干部的培养选拔力度,切实做好相关工作。我们这次会议,就是继续贯彻落实中央和省委精神,研究加大培养选拔年轻干部和少数民族干部工作力度,加快干部人事制度改革步伐,全面推进我省各级领导班子和干部队伍建设的实际步骤。下面,我代表省委讲四点意见。一、认真学习传达、贯彻中央三个重要会议精神今年以来,中组部会同有关部门相继召开了培养选拔年轻干部工作、培养选拔少数民族干部工作座谈会和干部人事制度改革经验交流会。中央对三个会议十分重视,胡锦涛同志在培养选拔年轻干部工作座谈
