弹性模量是研究玉米秸秆机械特性的关键指标之一。本文利用二次正交旋转组合试验设计方案,通过秸秆样品三点弯曲试验研究了含水率、叶鞘位置和取样位置3个玉米秸秆取样因素对玉米秸秆弹性模量的影响。试验表明,各因素的一次项中,只有含水率对玉米秸秆弹性模量的影响极显著;然而3个取样因素的二次项对玉米秸秆弹性模量的影响均显著;此外,含水率和叶鞘位置的交互作用,以及含水率和取样位置的交互作用,对玉米秸秆弹性模量的影响均为极显著。这一结果说明,玉米秸秆弹性模量随取样位置和叶鞘位置的不同而变化的规律,还会受到含水率的交互影响。这些因素对弹性模量的影响很可能是由于玉米秸秆的内部组织结构的不均匀性所导致的。
Elastic modulus is one of the key indicators to study the mechanical properties of corn stalks. In this paper, the quadratic orthogonal rotation combined experimental design was used to study the effect of three corn stalks sampling factors on the elastic modulus of corn straw, such as moisture content, leaf sheath position and sampling position, through the three-point bending test of straw samples. The results showed that only the influence of moisture content on the elastic modulus of corn stalk was significant. However, the quadratic term of three sampling factors had significant effects on the elastic modulus of corn stalk. In addition, the moisture content and leaf sheath The interaction of position, as well as the interaction between water content and sampling position, have significant effects on the elastic modulus of corn stover. This result shows that the law of corn stalk’s elastic modulus changes with sampling position and leaf sheath position, but also by the interaction of moisture content. The impact of these factors on the modulus of elasticity is most likely due to the inhomogeneity of the internal structure of the corn stover.
