近年来,社会的快速发展使各领域进一步加大了对医疗服务行业的重视程度,并加快了国家对公立医院进行改革的步伐,从而为人们提供更加良好的服务。基于此,本文以公益性视角下的公立医院绩效评价指标为研究对象,详细介绍了绩效评价指标体系的建立,并探讨了绩效评价指标体系及权重的确定,最后对该绩效评价指标体系的应用进行了分析,验证该体系的最终效果。
