目的通过大鼠原位肺移植模型,研究长征1号多器官保存液(简称“CZ1液”)保存肺的效果。方法将大鼠随机分为3组:对组照:以平衡液灌洗供肺,并立即移植;CZ1液组:以CZ1液灌洗供肺,保存8小时后移植;EuroColins液组:以EuroColins液灌洗供肺,保存8小时后移植。结果移植肺缺血时间,CZ1液组与EuroColins液组间的差异不显著(P>0.05);动脉血氧分压,对照组与CZ1液组比较,差异显著(P<0.01),CZ1液组与EuroColins液组比较,差异显著(P<0.01);动脉血CO2分压,对照组与CZ1液组比较,差异不显著(P>0.05),CZ1液组与EuroColins液组间的差异显著(P<0.01);移植肺的湿重/干重比值(W/d),单纯保存时对照组的W/d明显高于CZ1液组和EuroColins液组,而CZ1液组明显低于EuroColins液组(P<0.05),而保存后移植,对照组的W/d明显低于CZ1液组和EuroColins液组,CZ1液组明显低于EuroColins液组(P<0.05);移植肺病理改变,CZ1液组的损伤轻于Euro?
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of preservation of lung in Long March 1 multiple organ preservation solution (CZ1 solution) by rat orthotopic lung transplantation model. Methods The rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: the group photos: BAL fluid lavage for the lung, and immediately transplanted; CZ 1 liquid group: CZ 1 fluid lavage for the lung, preserved 8 hours after transplantation; Euro Colins liquid group: Euro Colins fluid lavage for the lung, preserved for 8 hours after transplantation.
