大连亿达·云集项目是双向处于高差较大的坡地、地下室超长、地上分布多个B级高度建筑的多重超限复杂建筑群。对存在多重超限问题的B级高度建筑,进行了性能化设计,并对薄弱部位采取有针对性的加强措施。对东北地区鲜有的长500m以上无缝超长地下室,进行了温差分析,并利用MIDAS/Gen软件进行了温度作用下的应力和变形分析,通过加强构造措施及施工措施来减少结构有害裂缝。为应对场地南北10m的高差,地下室底板和顶板在南北方向均采用7次错台布置,每次台阶高差为1.5m;为了使坡地建筑结构受力更趋于合理,在塔楼和地下室间设置了防震缝,大幅度降低了建设成本,并对兼作挡土墙的主体结构进行了土压力作用下承载力复核。该项目的结构设计满足要求,目前主体结构运行良好。
