本文采用室内生物活性测定和田间药效试验的方法,对80%硫磺水分散粒剂防治苹果白粉病的效果和安全性进行了研究。结果表明,80%硫磺水分散粒剂对苹果白粉病病原菌毒性与进口农药80%硫磺水分散粒剂(商品名成标)基本一致;80%硫磺水分散粒剂500倍液防治效果好于50%硫磺悬浮剂400倍液,第3次药后7天最高防治效果达到92.96%。施药后树体生长良好,对苹果树没有药害。
In this paper, indoor bioassay and field efficacy test methods, the effect of 80% sulfur water dispersible granules to control apple powdery mildew and safety were studied. The results showed that 80% sulfur water dispersible granules had the same toxicity to the pathogen of powdery mildew of apple and 80% sulfur water dispersible granules (brand name) of imported pesticide. The control effect of 80% sulfur water dispersible granules 500 times was better than 50% % Sulfur suspension 400 times, the highest control effect of 7 days after the third medicine reached 92.96%. After application, the tree grows well and there is no phytotoxicity to the apple tree.
