本文基于江苏省常熟市261份城乡居民对个人消费信贷业务的问卷调查,采用Probit模型,实证分析常熟居民对个人消费信贷业务需求的影响因素,研究结果表明:居民的教育程度、职业、月收入、对个人消费信贷业务满意度及银行个人信用报告准确度等是城乡地区共同的显著因素,前两个因素对城市起正向作用,对乡镇及农村起负向作用,而后三者因素对城乡都是正向作用。最后根据调查结果针对性地为常熟的银行就如何有效、健康发展个人消费信贷业务提出对策建议,从而提高常熟金融的竞争力,也为其他地区的银行提供借鉴。
Based on a questionnaire survey of 261 urban and rural residents in Changshu City, Jiangsu Province on personal consumer credit business, Probit model is used to empirically analyze the factors that affect the demand of personal consumer credit business in Changshu. The results show that the residents’ education level, occupation, monthly income , The satisfaction of personal consumption credit business and the accuracy of bank personal credit reporting are common factors in urban and rural areas. The first two factors play a positive role in cities and negatively affect townships and rural areas. The latter three factors affect urban and rural areas. Are positive effects. Finally, based on the findings of the survey, Changshu banks are put forward countermeasures for how to effectively and healthily develop personal consumer credit business so as to enhance the competitiveness of Changshu Finance and provide reference for banks in other regions.
