目的:探讨五苓散加味联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗痰湿内阻型非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法:将78例痰湿内阻型非酒精性脂肪肝患者分为两组各39例,在低脂饮食和适量运动的基础上,对照组给予口服多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上合用五苓散加味治疗,两组均治疗3个月,治疗结束后观察两组患者体质量指数、肝功能改善情况。结果:总有效率治疗组为84.62%,明显高于对照组的53.85%(P<0.01),两组肝功能及体质量指数治疗前后组内比较及治疗后组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,)。结论:五苓散加味联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗痰湿内阻型非酒精性脂肪肝疗效满意。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Wuling San flavors combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine in the treatment of phlegm - dampness type nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
