对低速轴流风机中前弯宽叶片、前弯窄叶片和常规直叶片的变工况性能进行了实验研究,并详细测量了叶片进出口截面上特征参数沿叶高的分布。得出对动叶片前弯和增加弦长均可以在一定程度上提高风机的稳定工况运行范围的结论。在合理的稠度选择范围内,前弯叶片在旋转失速前最小流量点出口截面上总压损失系数减小;在进口截面上攻角沿径向分布趋于增大,扩大了稳定工作范围。
The performance of the curved forward curved blade, the curved front curved blade and the conventional straight blade in the low speed axial fan were experimentally studied. The distribution of the characteristic parameters along the blade height was measured in detail. It is concluded that the forward bending of the moving blades and the increase of the chord length can all improve the operating range of the fan in a stable working condition. In a reasonable selection range of consistency, the total pressure loss coefficient at the outlet section of the minimum flow rate before the rotating stall decreases. The distribution of the angle of attack on the inlet section tends to increase along the radial direction, which enlarges the stable working range.
