Based on Krashen’s hypothesis of language input and emotion filtering hypothesis, this thesis analyzes the advantages of audio-visual video input and emotion regulation in college English listening and speaking teaching, and introduces the teaching strategies of video and video applied to the classroom. Teaching is a powerful aid to listening and speaking.
