以黄芩(Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi)种子为试材,通过测定种子萌发指标和幼苗生理指标,探讨蘑菇渣堆肥滤液对100mmol·L-1 NaCl胁迫下黄芩种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:蘑菇渣堆肥滤液可显著提高盐胁迫下黄芩种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数以及幼苗的鲜质量、地上鲜质量、地下鲜质量;同时提高幼苗叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素、可溶性糖含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性;充分显示蘑菇渣这一资源用于盐碱地土壤改良和解决黄芩栽培生产中盐胁迫问题的潜力。
The seeds of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi were used as test materials to study the effects of mushroom residue compost filtrate on seed germination and seedling growth of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi under the stress of 100mmol·L-1 NaCl by measuring seed germination index and seedling physiological index. The results showed that the mushroom residue compost filtrate could significantly increase the germination potential, germination rate, germination index, seedling fresh weight, ground fresh weight and ground fresh weight under the salt stress. At the same time, the contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b, carotenoids , Soluble sugar content and superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) activity. It fully shows that the resource of mushroom residue can be used to improve the saline soil and solve the potential of salt stress in the cultivation of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.
