嗜酸性筋膜炎(Eosinphilic Fasciitis,简称EF)系1974年才认识,同年由Shulman 首先报告2例。国内自1984年以来先后报告5例。由于本病十分少见,临床上不易诊断,兹将本院所见1例报告如下。病例报告:患者男,46岁。因四肢肿胀变硬5个月就诊。患者于1988年1月出现两下肢弥漫性肿胀,尤以小腿及足背处明显,局部皮肤不红,亦无痛感。2个月后两前臂及手背亦出现肿胀,双手指关节伸屈欠灵活,肢体乏力。无吞咽困难、发热等。既往身体健康。体检:全身系统检查无异常。手足背、前臂及小腿明显肿胀,局部皮肤及皮下组织明显变硬,无触
Eosinphilic Fasciitis (EF) was not recognized in 1974, the same year by Shulman first reported in 2 cases. China has reported 5 cases since 1984. As the disease is very rare, clinically difficult to diagnose, we will see a hospital reported the following cases. Case report: Male patient, 46 years old. Due to swelling of limbs hardened 5 months treatment.
