“Will not work without rest ”. Shortening working hours and improving work efficiency have become a major consensus in contemporary society. In September this year, an Internet company employee in China exposed the company’s implementation of the “996” working system (nine to nine nights and six days a week), which is equivalent to 72 hours of weekly working time, (40 hours) of 1.8 times. In contrast, some countries and regions are trying to take just 4 days per week.
