一些艺术家在西方“走红”的捷径可概括为以下三种: 1、“插空式”有些艺术家在国内本来已经有一定的知名度,为了扩大影响,增加自身的价码, 寻找机会到国外深造。他们到西方后并非真正地研究中西文化之差别,探讨中西文化交流的可能,而是千方百计寻找西方艺术的“空隙”,再以中国艺术家的身份去完成。
Some artists’ shortcuts to popularity in the West can be summed up as follows: 1. “Plugged-in” Some artists already have a certain reputation in the country. In order to expand their influence, increase their prices and find opportunities to study abroad. After they arrived in the West, they did not really study the differences between Chinese and Western cultures. They explored the possibility of cultural exchanges between China and the West. Instead, they tried their best to find the “gaps” in Western art and completed them as Chinese artists.
