In order to enhance the physique of undergraduates, Shandong Provincial Department of Education held a meeting of director of health department (health department) of universities and colleges in Qufu Normal University from July 12 to July 18, 1982 to study how university health department can face all the students Carry out health care work, enhance students’ physique, enable them to work healthily after graduation and contribute to the four modernizations.
