本文采用分层随机抽样方法,抽取了687名在安徽、江西、福建三省100所省、地(市)、县三级卫生防保机构工作的管理干部,用问卷法对其进行了有关调查。结果发现,不同级别防保管理干部的年龄普遍偏大,知识结构不甚合理,兼职、无专业职称和高中以下学历的管理干部占有一定比例。各级管理干部的实际技能都低于其岗位技能的要求。结果提示,对在岗的防保管理干部开展卫生管理教育工作,提高他们必需的管理知识与技能,是适应市场经济,搞好卫生防保机构改革的重要策略和措施。
In this paper, a stratified random sampling method was adopted, and 687 management cadres working in three levels of health and prevention institutions in 100 provinces, prefectures (cities) and counties in three provinces of Anhui, Jiangxi and Fujian were selected and investigated by questionnaires. As a result, it was found that the ages of the different levels of prevention and control cadres were generally large, and the knowledge structure was not very reasonable. Management cadres with part-time or non-professional titles and education levels below the high school accounted for a certain percentage. The practical skills of management cadres at all levels are lower than those of their job skills. The results suggest that carrying out hygiene management education work for the health protection management cadres in post and improving their necessary management knowledge and skills are important strategies and measures to adapt to the market economy and do a good job in the reform of the health prevention agency.
