针对冲洪积扇区水文地质单元，结合中长期用水规划，提出了地下水资源经济管理模型，采用妥协约束法求解多目标规划问题，取得满意效果，为昌吉市水资源管理提供了科学依据。
In allusion to alluvial fan hydrological unit, combined with medium and long term water planning, this paper proposed a groundwater resource economic management model, and adopted the compromise and constraint method to solve the multi-objective programming problem, which achieved satisfactory results and provided a scientific basis for water resources management in Changji.
