新课程改革对教师角色的重新定位、实施教学内容的素质和要求,使从事基础教育的教师面临前所未有的挑战。本文在揭示教师在新课改中产生的种种心理压力的基础上.从多方面提出了缓解教师心理压力的有效措施。
The reorientation of teachers’ role by the new curriculum reform and the implementation of the quality and requirements of teaching contents make teachers engaged in basic education face unprecedented challenges. On the basis of revealing the various psychological pressures teachers have created in the new curriculum reform, this article puts forward some effective measures to alleviate the psychological pressure of teachers from many aspects.
