为了解某市从事电离辐射工作人员的职业危害情况及其健康状况,对某市1085名放射工作人员进行了职业健康检查,结果显示,染色体畸变率为1.03%、外周血淋巴细胞畸变率为1.08%、眼科检查异常率为10.6%、血红蛋白降低检出率为10.3%、红细胞减少检出率为2.8%、白细胞减少检出率为2.5%、其他健康检查指标异常检出率为52.3%,均明显高于相关报道。提示,某市放射工作人员的职业危害严重,应加强放射防护工作,以保证放射工作人员的身体健康。
In order to understand occupational hazards and health status of ionizing radiation workers in a certain city, occupational health examination was conducted on 1,085 radiation workers in a city. The results showed that the chromosome aberration rate was 1.03% and the peripheral blood lymphocyte aberration rate was 1.08 %, The abnormal rate of ophthalmology was 10.6%, the detection rate of hemoglobin was 10.3%, the detection rate of erythrocyte was 2.8%, the detection rate of leukopenia was 2.5%, and the detection rate of other health indicators was 52.3% Obviously higher than the relevant reports. Prompted that a city radiation workers serious occupational hazards, radiation protection should be strengthened to ensure the health of radiation workers.
