吐鲁番是葡萄的故乡,在中国的历史长河里,葡萄是丝绸之路上的一朵奇葩。人们通过吃葡萄、写葡萄、画葡萄、唱葡萄、舞葡萄,形成了吐鲁番葡萄文化。2011年,吐鲁番地区地方志编纂委员会确定将《吐鲁番葡萄志》列入工作计划,成立了编纂领导小组,并组成以地方志编辑室修志人员、农业科技工作者为主要成员的编写班子。2012年编写工作正式启动。《吐鲁番葡萄志》编写工作经历了调研准备、收集资料、编写和出版四个阶段。全书按照存真求实的原则,对历史资料精心选择、反复考证、去粗取精、去伪存真,做到史实准确无误,坚持突出专业和地方特色的原则,详实记载了吐鲁番葡萄种植、加工、科研和文化的发展历程。
Turpan is the hometown of grapes. In the long history of China, grapes are a wonderful work on the Silk Road. People eat grapes, write grapes, draw grapes, sing grapes, dance grapes, and form the Turpan grape culture. In 2011, the local history compilation committee of Turpan decided to include “Turpan grape” in the work plan, set up a leading group for compilation, and formed a compilation team composed of chief editors of local history editorial staff and agricultural science and technology workers as the main members. The preparation of 2012 was officially launched. The preparation of “Turpan grape” has gone through four stages: investigation preparation, data collection, compilation and publication. The book in accordance with the principle of keeping the real truth, careful selection of historical data, repeated research, to crude and refined, to pseudo-true, accurate and accurate history, adhere to the principle of prominent professional and local characteristics, a detailed record of Turpan grape cultivation, processing, scientific research and cultural development course.
