中长跑训练应着重提高运动员的3种生理学指标:即有氧功率(最大摄氧量)、乳酸阈和跑的经济性。尽管用于提高这3种训练变量的方法有很多,但在所有这些不同的训练方法中,有没有一种最佳的训练方法呢?虽然由于诸多原因,回答这一问题颇为困难,但科学研究将有助于我们深入了解在提高中长跑运动成绩过程中人体发生的一系列生理学变化。因此,撰写本文的目的不是告诉教练员如何去训练他的运动员,而是为教练员介绍与他们训练有关的科学文献中的一些重要研究成果。
Middle and long distance training should focus on improving the three kinds of physical indicators of athletes: the aerobic power (maximum oxygen uptake), lactic acid threshold and run economy.
