20年来,有关小麦胚乳蛋白质的遗传,进化及功能特性的认识有了很大的进展。本文主要论述了这些方面的进展,其中包括蛋白质分离和小麦细胞遗传谱系分析方法的改进。重点评论了目前尚未解决的问题并提出了未来工作的方向,特别是确定麦醇溶蛋白和低分子量麦谷蛋白亚基之间的遗传与功能关系,以及非醇溶蛋白部分[包括三联体蛋白质(Triplet Proteins)]的遗传学和功能之间的关系。最近,在小麦胚乳蛋白质研究方面,DNA重组技术的应用,为我们了解这些蛋白质结构与进化的关系指明了一个新的方向。本文对这些发现及研究成果进行了讨论。
Over the past 20 years, great progress has been made in understanding the genetic, evolutionary and functional properties of wheat endosperm proteins. This article focuses on these aspects of the progress, including protein separation and analysis of wheat cytogenetic line improvements. The current issues that remain unresolved are highlighted and the directions for future work are set out, in particular to determine the genetic and functional relationship between gliadin and low molecular weight glutenin subunits, as well as the non-prolamin fractions [including triplet proteins Triplet Proteins)] the relationship between genetics and function. Recently, the application of DNA recombination technology in wheat endosperm protein research has pointed out a new direction for us to understand the relationship between these protein structures and evolution. This article discusses these findings and research findings.
