第一章总则第一条为了规范招生工作,保证招生工作的顺利进行,根据《中华人民共和国教育法》、《中华人民共和国高等教育法)及教育部《普通高等学校招生工作规定》,结合学院具体情况,制订本章程。第二条学院全称:武汉理工大学华夏学院。上级主管部门:湖北省教育厅。第三条武汉理工大学华夏学院是经教育部批准,具有独立法人资格的独立学院,以普通全日制本科教育为主,纳入国家普通高等学校招生计划,面向全国招生,招生国标代码13666。学生修完培养计划规定的全部课程,成绩合格,由武汉理工大学华夏学院颁发毕业证书。
