1998年2月25日,’98第二届“爱迪生”世界发明博览会授予金三元“扒猪脸”“国际餐饮大王”荣誉称号。香港科学院院长、美国爱迪生发明中心常务副理事长郭湘泗先生到会颁奖并发表了热情洋溢的讲话。香港科学院鉴于金三元酒家董事长沈青先生的科技成果对社会和人类的贡献以及他本人在国内外的影响,授予他荣誉博士学衔称号。沈青先生自50年代开始,至今申报了很多项发明创造,几十年来曾受到过市、省、中央多次嘉奖。1995年经国务委员宋健主任特批参加了全国科学技术大会的开幕式,1997年他的锅炉改造论文收录在美国名人书局《跨世纪名人名作》中。他被《世界名人录》、《中国当代名人录》和《中华成功者》等多部名人录收录。他是一个多产的发明家。他在科研成果向生产和市场转化方面作出了典范。他在科技人员投身应用技术开发,并紧紧把握市场,发展自己的品牌和名牌作出了卓有成效的贡献。本刊1998年第1-2期(总第22期)以《父子下海记》为题详细记录了沈青先生闪光的人生足迹,应广大读者要求,本期编发一篇沈青先生的自述文章,以期给渴望成功的商人带来启迪。
February 25, 1998, ’98 second “Edison ” World Invention Exposition awarded the Golden Sanyuan “grilled pig face ” “International Dining King ” honorary title. Mr. Guo Xiangsi, dean of the Hong Kong Academy of Science and executive vice president of the Edison Center for Inventions of USA, presented the award and delivered a warm speech. The Hong Kong Academy of Sciences granted him the honorary doctorate title in view of the contributions made by Mr. Shen Qing, chairman of the Gold Sanyuan Restaurant, to society and human beings as well as his own influence at home and abroad. Since the 1950s, Mr. Shen Qing has declared a lot of inventions and has been repeatedly rewarded by the municipalities, provinces and the central authorities for several decades. In 1995, State Councilor Song Jian, director of special approval to participate in the opening ceremony of the National Science and Technology Conference in 1997, his boiler reform papers included in the United States celebrity bookstore “cross century celebrity masterpieces.” He is included in many celebrities including “Who’s Who in the World”, “Who’s Who in Contemporary China” and “The Winner of China”. He is a prolific inventor. He set an example in the transformation of scientific research into production and marketing. He made scientific and technological personnel engaged in the development of application technology, and firmly grasp the market, develop their own brand names and made fruitful contributions. In the first issue of 1998, No. 1-2 (No. 22), “Father and son recorded the sea under the sea,” a detailed account of Mr. Shen Qing flash life footprint, at the request of readers, this issue compiled a self-report of Mr. Shen Qing , With a view to enlighten enterprising businessmen.
