本文利用计算机对现有燃气轮机注蒸汽的改装性能进行了模拟计算.考虑具体燃气轮机各部件性能影响,给出模拟计算的模型及对日本S1A-02型燃气轮机注蒸汽改装性能模拟的结果.分析表明,在现有的燃气轮机进行注蒸汽改装时,其首要的限制条件是压气机的喘振裕度,因而最佳注汽量的选择方式与一般的注蒸汽循环计算中的选择方式有所不同.本文还讨论了原机参数对余热锅炉设计参数的影响.
In this paper, the calculation of steam turbine retrofit performance of the existing gas turbine is simulated by computer, the model of simulation calculation and simulation result of steam injection performance of Japan S1A-02 gas turbine are given considering the influence of the performance of each gas turbine component. When the existing gas turbine is steam-injection retrofitted, the primary constraint is the surge margin of the compressor, so the optimal injection quantity will be chosen differently from the general steam injection cycle calculation. Also discussed the original machine parameters on the design parameters of waste heat boiler.
