高等职业技术学校把就业指导贯穿于大学教育的全过程,把就业指导和专业教育有机地结合起来,针对学生不同阶段的不同特点,系统规划相应的指导内容,推进就业指导课程的建设,有利于学生明确学习目的,端正学习态度,激发学习积极性,实现理论指导、能力培养和素质教育的统一,增强就业指导的实效,收到事半功倍的效果。本文从高等职业技术学院的教学目的出发,分年级、分阶段阐述了就业指导全程化的过程。
