目的调查吉林省供电企业职工的精神卫生状况,为采取健康促进措施提供科学依据。方法采用分层随机的抽样方法,依据Goldberg GHQ-12量表、Mclean’s工作紧张问卷及其赋分方法和判定标准对吉林省供电企业的职工进行问卷调查。结果抽取职工344名,其中51.4%(168/327)的员工存在精神卫生异常情况。每日工作时间和工龄不同,其精神异常率差异明显(P<0.05),每日工作时间超过11h、工龄超过10年,精神异常率明显偏高。生产工人的精神异常比率高达56.5%。职业紧张因素(含亚组)、应付能力(含亚组)的得分精神卫生异常组均明显高于正常组(P<0.05)。结论应适当安排职工作息时间,降低职业紧张程度,保持职工精神卫生健康。
Objective To investigate mental health status of workers in power supply enterprises in Jilin Province and provide scientific evidence for health promotion measures. Methods A stratified random sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among workers in power supply enterprises in Jilin Province based on the Goldberg GHQ-12 scale, Mclean’s work stress questionnaire and its assessment methods and criteria. Results A total of 344 workers were sampled, of whom 51.4% (168/327) had mental health anomalies. Daily working hours and different length of service, the mental abnormalities significantly different (P <0.05), daily working hours over 11h, more than 10 years of service, mental abnormalities were significantly higher. The abnormal rate of productive workers is as high as 56.5%. Occupational stress factors (including subgroups) and coping ability (including subgroups) were significantly higher in the mental health group than in the normal group (P <0.05). Conclusion Appropriate arrangements should be made for staff time and work, reduce occupational stress and maintain mental health of staff and workers.
