Objective To understand the inoculation of Hepatitis B Vaccine (Hepatitis B Vaccine) in Shandong Province from 1 to 59 years old, so as to provide a reference for improving the prevention and control strategy of Hepatitis B virus. Methods In 2006, the current situation of HepB inoculation among 1 ~ 59 years old population in the province was investigated. The multi-stage random sampling method was used to determine the subjects and the weight-adjusted vaccination rate was calculated by referring to the vaccination certificate / card (for children 1 to 14 years old) or the recall history of the respondents. Results HepB vaccination rate was 27.07% [95% CI (CI) 22.56% ~ 31.59%] in the population from 1 to 59 years old among whom 99.66% (95% CI 99.72% ~ 100.00%), 89.95% (95% CI 87.69% ~ 92.20%) in children aged 5 ~ 14, 13.21% (95% CI 7.78% ~ 18.65%) in 15- 59 years old, HepB The whole vaccination rate difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the whole vaccination rate of HepB between different sexes and resident populations (P> 0.05). The timely vaccination rate of HepB1 was 65.41% (95.5% CI 55.56% -75.25%) in children aged 1-14 years. The timely vaccination rate of HepB1 decreased with age, the highest was 93.07% (95% CI 88 .43% ~ 97.70%). Conclusion In order to further strengthen the control of hepatitis B, it is necessary to carry out HepB screening and replanting in older children in Shandong Province, and to strengthen the vaccination of high-risk groups.
