用氯氰菊酯对对采自赤峰市区的自然种群的家蝇进行抗性品系和衰减品系的选育。抗性品系的筛选在12代期间9代的选盲,获得抗性品系(cyp—R),抗性倍数达2001倍,筛选后后代2D50值(3.36±24μg/(?))比筛选前F1代LD50值(0.138μg/(?))提高了 25.51倍。对自然种群的家蝇进行室内正常饲养为衰减品系(cyp—R),经6代饲养;抗性倍数为28.92,筛选后F6代LD50值(0.04864μg/(?))比筛选前F1代下降了2.7倍。家蝇对氯氰菊酯的抗性上升较快,而下降较慢,有效地控制家蝇对氯氰菊酯的抗性的发生发展,具有重要意义。
Breeding of resistant and attenuated strains of housefly on natural populations collected from downtown Chifeng was performed with cypermethrin. The resistant strains were selected blindly for 9 generations during the 12th generation, and the resistant strain (cyp-R) was obtained.
