文书鉴定研究是文书档案管理工作中非常重要的一部分,文书鉴定作为文书档案管理中重要的一员对文书档案的保存、管理、运用起到了的基础性的作用。多年来文书鉴定样本化研究凭借其自身独特的性质与特点,成为文书档案管理过程中重要的一环,所占比重极大。因此如何正确运用文书鉴定、如何规范文书鉴定过程对于确保文书真实性、提高文书档案的质量尤为重要。在现实应用过程中,文书鉴定工作仍然存在许多问题,本文对其重要问题进行总结,并相应的提出了解决方法。
The study of document appraisal is a very important part in the file archives management. Document appraisal, as an important member in document archives management, plays a fundamental role in the preservation, management and application of document archives. For many years, the sample research of identification of instruments has become an important part of the document management process by virtue of its own unique nature and characteristics, and its share is extremely large. Therefore, how to appraise the correct use of instruments, how to regulate the process of appraising instruments is very important to ensure the authenticity of instruments and improve the quality of the instruments. In the practical application process, there are still many problems in document appraisal work. This article summarizes the important issues and puts forward corresponding solutions.
