设计工作坊是一种项目式、主动式的创新实践教学方式,是隐性知识向显性知识转化的重要场所,一般由经验丰富的设计师或研究者主持,通过互动讨论、方案演示等环节实现设计创意与技能的训练,是一种引导式的实践教学方式。文章将SECI模型导入工作坊研究,分析了设计隐性知识的显化过程,进而归纳了设计工作坊的教学模式特点。
The design workshop is a kind of project-based and active innovative practice teaching method. It is an important place for the transformation of tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge.
