党的十八届三中全会使我国改革开放进入新的历史阶段。《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》既反映了改革的根本性质,又反映了现阶段改革面临的新问题,是新阶段全面深化改革的总纲领。党的十八届三中全会实现了一系列有关改革的理论创新和政策突破。就理论创新而言,主要有:经济体制改革、政治体制改革、文化体制改革、社会事业改革和生态文明体制改革等。
The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee has brought China’s reform and opening up to a new historical stage. The “Decision of the CPC Central Committee and Central Committee on Several Important Issues concerning the Overall Deepening of the Reform” not only reflects the fundamental nature of the reform but also reflects the new problems that the reform faces at the present stage and is the general outline for deepening the overall reform in the new phase. The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee has implemented a series of theoretical innovations and policy breakthroughs concerning the reform. In terms of theoretical innovation, there are mainly: economic system reform, political system reform, cultural system reform, social reform and ecological civilization system reform.
