十七大报告中提出了加快推进以改善民生为重点的社会建设的六大任务,其中之一是实施扩大就业的发展战略,促进以创业带动就业。由此可见,创业将成为目前乃至今后解决就业问题的一条十分重要的途径,提倡全民创业对促进和扩大就业具有非常重要的现实意义。笔者将以浙江省为例,对此进行分析。
The 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China set forth the six major tasks of accelerating the social construction focused on improving people’s livelihood. One of the six major tasks is to implement the strategy of expanding employment and promote the employment of entrepreneurship. It can be seen from this that starting a business will become a very important way to solve the employment problem now and in the future. Promoting universal entrepreneurship has very important practical significance for promoting and expanding employment. The author will take Zhejiang Province as an example to analyze this.
