由于水平井具有造斜曲率大,造斜段长等特点。抽油杆柱经常与油管内壁接触和发生摩擦,使抽油杆偏磨,甚至导致油管穿孔。所以必须在抽油杆某部位加扶正器。本文基于梁弯曲理论和井眼的几何关系,设计出了水平井扶正器分布设计模型,得到了水平井抽油杆柱扶正器的合理配置间距。并以某油田稠油油藏H1水平井为例,结合该井的井斜角、方位角、全角和井下摩阻的变化率来确定了杆柱扶正位置。对油田现场生产具有一定的指导意义。

Based on the beam bending theory and the geometric relationship between wellbores, this paper designs the distributional design model of horizontal well centralizer, and obtains the reasonable arrangement spacing of horizontal well sucker. Taking the H1 horizontal well in a heavy oil reservoir of a certain oilfield as an example, the position of the pole pillar righting is determined according to the well inclination, azimuth, full angle and rate of change of downhole friction. Field production of the oil field has a certain guiding significance.
