Recently, the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region decided to set up night schools for farmers and herdsmen in the administrative villages in the region. By the end of December this year, construction of night schools for farmers and herdsmen will be completed and teaching will be carried out. The move aims to speed up the training of a number of people who have emerged from poverty and have become rich people and bring more people out of poverty and prosperity. Xinjiang will set up a night school for farmers and herdsmen in each village, make full use of the evening and slack season, and focus on the study and training of the party’s line, principles, and policies in rural areas, bilingual policies and practical technologies.
