本研究观察鼠、兔输卵管对喹喃克林的组织反应。结果表明,两种动物的输卵管对该药的组织反应在质上并无差异,但引起相同反应水平时,兔所需剂量较鼠为大。就反应的总体过程而言,早期(给药后5~8d)以充血、水肿、炎细胞浸润、细胞变质等为主要特征,半个月以后,则主要表现为结缔组织增生,逐步加重,最后发展输卵管腔封闭。上述结果提示,喹喃克林所致输卵管的组织反应乃化学性炎症反应的结果。
This study observed murine and rabbit fallopian tube tissue reaction to quinoclitin. The results showed that there was no qualitative difference in the tissue reaction between the two oviducts and the animals, but the dose required for rabbits was larger than that for the same reaction level. In terms of the overall reaction process, the early (5 ~ 8 d after administration) was characterized by hyperemia, edema, infiltration of inflammatory cells and metamorphic cells. After half a month, the main manifestations were hyperplasia of connective tissue and gradual aggravation. Finally, Development of tubal cavity closed. The above results suggest that the tissue reaction of the fallopian tube caused by quinoclitin is the result of a chemical inflammatory reaction.
