According to “Mathematics Curriculum Standard”, effective mathematics learning activities can not rely solely on imitation and memory. Hands-on practice, independent exploration and cooperation and exchange are important ways for students to learn mathematics. As a new learning method, cooperative learning has been recognized by more and more frontline teachers for its significance and value, becoming the trend and fashion they are pursuing. However, when examining the current primary school mathematics classroom teaching, it is not difficult to find that due to the lack of profound understanding of the essence of cooperative learning, teachers have taken the concrete practice. Cooperative learning in such a classroom is being alienated as a form of classroom organization embellishment. How to change the status quo?
