干工作,总会遇到困难和问题,做民兵工作也同样,特别是一些不熟悉民兵工作的同志,遇到的困难和问题就要更多一些。怎样才能尽快熟悉情况做好工作呢?我认为,一个重要的问题就是要注意工作方法。
