文化馆是以群众为服务对象的一种文化事业单位,由政府设立的。目前已经作为了公益文化事业面向社会免费开放。作为一名文化馆文艺辅导干部,应当不遗余力的贡献自己的力量,做好本职工作的同时,还要加强自身的政治思想素质。本文针对文化馆免费开放中遇到的问题进行分析,研究文艺辅导干部所应该具备的素质,目的是提高文化馆的公共文化服务水平。
Cultural Center is a kind of cultural institutions that serve the masses, set up by the government. At present, it has been open to the public for public welfare and cultural undertakings. As a literary and art counselor in a cultural center, we should make every effort to contribute our own strength and do our own work at the same time, we must also strengthen our own political and ideological qualities. This article analyzes the problems encountered in the free opening of cultural centers, and studies the qualities which should be possessed by art-based counseling cadres in order to improve the public cultural service level of cultural centers.
