采用XRD和TEM方法研究了5种化学镀N i-B合金镀层镀态下的微观组织结构,以及还原剂KBH4含量对镀层微观组织的影响。XRD分析表明,N i-B合金镀层主要为非晶态结构。TEM分析表明,N i-B合金镀层为非晶与纳米晶组合的混晶态结构,而且随镀液中KBH4含量的增加,N i-B合金镀层中的非晶态组织增加,纳米晶态组织减少,经历由纳米晶态→混晶态→非晶态的转变过程。采用XRD和TEM相结合方式,才得到准确的分析结果。
The microstructure of five kinds of electroless Ni-B alloy coatings was studied by XRD and TEM. The effects of reducing agent KBH4 content on the microstructure of coatings were studied. XRD analysis shows that the Ni-B alloy coating is mainly amorphous. TEM analysis shows that N iB alloy coating is a mixed crystalline structure of amorphous and nanocrystalline combination, and with the increase of KBH4 content in the bath, the amorphous structure in the NiB alloy coating increases and the nanocrystalline structure decreases From the nanocrystalline → mixed crystalline → amorphous state transition process. Using the combination of XRD and TEM, we can get accurate analysis results.
