石油作为一种重要的能源,是现代经济的血液。我国是石油消费大国,同时又是世界排名第五的石油生产大国。石油工业作为一种基础工业,需要大量的技术人才与管理人才。石油生产领域具有科技含量高、技术性强的特点,随着生产的发展和石油企业人员的不断更新,在采油工程管理方面,不仅需要大量的具有较高科学文化素质和职业技能的高级技术应用型人才,同时也需要相应的专业的管理人才对采油工程管理系统进行认真的思考与探索。本文旨在针对采油工程管理的系统进行分析探讨,为采油工程管理人员提供指导。
